Are you ready for a new opportunity? We have an exciting opportunity to join our Community Assessment and Treatment Service based at the East Brighton Community Mental Health Centre, Brighton General Hospital.
We are a large Multi-Disciplinary Team looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with experience of working with people with complex mental health conditions in a relevant setting.
This post offers a Golden Hello, or a Relocation package up to a maximum of £2000. (pro rata applies and subject to terms and conditions. Please see attached Protocol document).

Main duties of the job
- You will be part of supportive multi-disciplinary team within the wider Assessment and Treatment Service. Our teams are made up of Consultant Psychiatrists, Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Psychologists, Support Workers, admin, Employment specialists and a wonderful therapy dog.
- You will have a varied, fast paced and crucial role in supporting patient journey. The role is highly rewarding but can at times be challenging with competing demands.
- You will have access to monthly high quality supervision from a clinical lead, as well as continuous frequent support on offer through multi-disciplinary meetings and other forums.
- You will have access to, and be encouraged to attend internal/external training opportunities to further develop your skills and experience in a community mental health setting.
- You will be part of a team who value staff wellbeing and moral with regular opportunities for coming together in informal ways e.g through monthly tea and cake breaks, pizza days, as well as more structured but fun based team away days which are held twice per year.
