We are looking for a committed individual with a calm, flexible and positive personality to work in a very important role as part of the facilities team in West Sussex at the Trust's Headquarters in Worthing. This role is to operate a busy switchboard and reception area at Swandean, dealing with numerous in-going and out going calls, face to face contact with staff, visitors etc and to attend to the needs of each department based in the building with regard to post, deliveries, hospitality, visitors, message taking and departmental moves.
You will be the first point of contact with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in some cases and therefore you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, preferably have previous experience of a busy reception area and strong telephone techniques. The vacancy is for 25 hours per week 12.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday. Full induction and training will be provided.
