Job summary

Health in Mind is keen to recruit a PWP Team Lead for the Long Term Conditions pathway. We are keen to hear from qualified PWPs with a minimum of 2 years' experience delivering IAPT step 2 interventions. You do not have to have completed the IAPT LTC Top up training as this is available for you to attend.

Main duties of the job

The role will be involved in the continuing development and delivery of the treatment options for clients on the LTC pathway at step 2 within Health in Mind. There will also be an emphasis on partnership working with the physical health teams and promoting the integration of mental health and physical health.

  • Qualification from PWP Training Course (Post Graduate Certificate or Level 3 undergraduate course) OR equivalent e.g. Experienced and qualified Graduate Mental Health Worker with relevant Primary Care experiences and competences

Knowledge/Experience

  • Evidence of working with people who have experienced a mental health problem
  • Demonstrates high standards in written communication
  • Able to write clear reports and letters.
