Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the LSCFT Programme Management Office (PMO) as a Project Support Officer.

The PMO was formed in December 2022 and since then we have created a team that our people love to work in, with an inclusive and compassionate culture. We are a dynamic team who ensure that we equip all our people with the knowledge and skills to develop their careers, whilst working within a project management environment, alongside a diverse range of services.

We are seeking a highly organised, confident and motivated Project Support Officer to become an integral part of the PMO team, supporting the delivery of locality, corporate and trust-wide projects in various locations within Lancashire & South Cumbria. You will be an enthusiastic individual, able to form relationships easily and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Main duties of the job

Support a diverse range of projects across Lancashire & South Cumbria using best project management practice.

Provide high quality administrative and project support to the PMO Team

Provide project updates and reports via Excel and/or any other PMO tracking systems as required.

Arrange and facilitate meetings including production of meeting pack content.

Support the Trust's cost control process and other strands of the programme of work as and when required.

Actively support and work closely with localities and corporate teams, including Directors, Operational Leads, Clinical Leads and corporate functions / colleagues.

Develop and enhance the PMO and Trust's reputation and relationships internally and externally.
