As a Modern Matron, you'll be the visible, trusted leader who sets the tone for excellence in patient care. Main duties of the job

We're seeking a dynamic leader who combines clinical expertise with a passion for people. You'll bring confidence and clarity to complex situations, guiding teams with purpose and inspiring a culture of excellence. Strategic thinking is key, you'll balance the bigger picture with day-to-day operational detail, ensuring services run smoothly and standards remain high. Your communication skills will be important in this role, enabling you to build trust, foster collaboration, and resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
