As a Modern Matron, you'll be the visible, trusted leader who sets the tone for excellence in patient care. Main duties of the job

We're seeking a dynamic leader who combines clinical expertise with a passion for people. Strategic thinking is key, you'll balance the bigger picture with day-to-day operational detail, ensuring services run smoothly and standards remain high.
