Furness CMHT are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Physical Health Support Worker to join our busy Community Mental Health Team in the Furness area of South Cumbria.
You will benefit from an enthusiastic, hard-working and supportive peer group. The post-holder will receive regular clinical and management supervision, and you will have opportunity to expand on your knowledge and skills.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be expected to facilitate physical health clinics for adults with complex mental health needs.
This will involve taking bloods and other patient observations including ECG, weight, height, blood pressure and pulse. Other clinic responsibilities include completing supporting documentation and follow up with the community mental health medical team.
Mental health experience is desired but not essential as training will be provided.
