We are excited to announce a vacancy within the LSCFT Safeguarding Team for a Safeguarding Practitioner. This role is pivotal in upholding the Trust's commitment to safeguarding and protecting vulnerable adults, children, and families.

The Opportunity
This full-time position is based in the Pennine locality, offering the chance to collaborate with Specialist Safeguarding Practitioners and Named Nurses in delivering clinical expertise across the safeguarding agenda for all LSCFT staff. As part of the role, the practitioner will rotate into the MASH health practitioner role, contributing to multi-agency decision-making processes.

What We're Looking For
We are looking to recruit a registered nurse who has:-
Experience working in challenging situations and navigating complex service needs.
A thorough understanding of national and local safeguarding issues affecting vulnerable adults and children.
A proven ability to excel in multidisciplinary teamwork and collaborate effectively withmulti-agency partners.
Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding practices for children, young people, and adults.
While a solid foundation in safeguarding knowledge is essential, we offer robust support and professional development opportunities within our diverse and skilled team.
