Job summary

This exciting opportunity will see you working within a dynamic Business Analysis and Change Team. The team works with network and service managers across the trust to identify, plan and undertake improvement projects related to digitally enabled change utilising appropriate improvement techniques.

We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrated an interest and passion for business analysis and business change in a healthcare environment. It is crucial you posses excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail, combined with the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in order to deliver successful digitally enabled change.

You must be willing to get 'stuck in' to our ambitious and challenging programmes, supporting business process design and the planning/implementation of change across the trust.

Main duties of the job

You should have an understanding of business analysis as a discipline as well as recognised improvement tools, techniques and methodologies including a working knowledge of project management in practice.

You will use your knowledge and engagement skills to gain understanding of clinical pathways and operational processes to assist clinicians, senior managers and other stakeholders in taking maximum advantage of new digitally enabled change.
