Job summary
Team administrator Memory Assessment Service & Rapid Intervention & Treatment TeamDue to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our small but busy team based at Charnley Fold.Meeting the needs of our service users and their support networks is at the heart of what we do.You will have previous administrative experience, ideally with working knowledge of the service and trust.You must be able to support our service users in a tactful and sensitive manor, and demonstrate your ability to do so.Due to the evolving needs of the trust, on occasion, you may be required to provide cover and support for other teams.You will be responsible for admin duties that include but are not limited to phone calls, diary management, minute taking for MDT meetings and processing referrals and discharges.

The functions of the role are detailed in the job description.The post holder will be supported by the Locality Admin Lead and will work closely with clinical lead for the Central Memory Assessment Service.In return you will be part of a supportive team who will develop your skills, knowledge and experience.
