We are excited to advertise for an experienced Administration Lead within the Bay Network.
We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, lots of initiative who is looking for their next challenge. They will demonstrate the technical skills, along with the drive and desire needed to develop a professional and responsive administrative service. We appreciate administrative services are an integral part of efficient and effective health service delivery.
The post will be based within the Bay Network which comprises of sites across Lancaster, Morecambe, South Cumbria and Barrow areas. The location of the post will be flexible, with an expectation there will be travel to all areas in the Network.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be operationally responsible for the management and leadership of the Network administrative staff. While this is a demanding and busy role, the successful candidate is required to be able to demonstrate the Trust values and standards of behaviour expected by the organisation and meet the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.
On a day to day basis, the successful candidate will be reactive, responsive and flex to the needs of the teams within the service and the administrative staff who work with them. The role involves a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality, negotiation and communication skills, understanding and compassion, and the ability to deal with any challenging situations that may arise.
There will also be an opportunity to shape things as we seek continual improvement in everything we do - and alongside this you will have opportunities for your own development.

Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
