Job summary

We are excited to be able to advertise for an experienced Service Manager within the Bay Network for the Urgent Care Pathway with a focus on Initial Response Service (IRS) and Home Based Treatment Teams (HBTT). We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, lots of initiative who is looking for their next challenge.

Main duties of the job

You will need to have a strong commitment to improving performance and targets whilst remaining passionate about quality. You will be expected to demonstrate the required management skills, along with the desire to develop teams to provide excellent patient centred services.

The post will be based within the Bay Network which comprises of sites across Lancaster and Morecambe, South Cumbria and Barrow areas. The location of the post will be flexible with but an expectation you will have a physical presence in all 3 teams.

Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.

The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
