Job summary

Applications are invited for an Administrator to provide a comprehensive service to the Mindsmatter teams at various locations across Lancashire. The post holder will coordinate their activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.

The post holder will be based at Cameron House, White Cross, Lancaster with the potential to have to travel to other Mindsmatter bases and required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the networks administrative service, providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by their Administration Line Manager to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.

Evidence of relevant previous experience, a good general education and excellent communication and organisation skills are essential. Knowledge of working within the NHS will be an advantage and computer skills will be essential.

The successful applicant will require a flexible approach and the ability to work within a busy team. They will also be expected to use their own initiative and work unsupervised to ensure the effective coordination of duties.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information service across the Community and Wellbeing Network, and coordinate their activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided. The post holder will be aligned to a specific team and is required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the networks administrative service providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by their Administration Line Manager to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
