The core work streams for this role include; providing recruitment advice, having a knowledge of ongoing recruitment, helping plan future recruitment, promoting vacancies through a number of platforms and providing timely reports and data management.

You'll make an impact, be challenged to think differently, be bold & help the Trust follow best practice embedding our Inclusive Recruitment Toolkit. You will ensure we maintain and enhance inclusive and fair recruitment processes improving the experience of both candidates and managers.

Main duties of the job

To provide a key proactive role within the recruitment team and networks to deliver a professional and comprehensive recruitment service and take a lead in co-ordinating the priority recruitment activities. They will work effectively as part of the Employment Services Team to co-ordinate theoverall Recruitment plans for the Trust.

The Recruitment Navigator role will work closely with Network Recruiting Managers to plan and deliver campaigns. They will ensure that the networks follow best practice in relation to our 'Inclusive Recruitment Toolkit'. The role will support the networks to proactively close the vacancy gaps and delivery the Network Recruitment Strategy.

The Navigators will also link in closely with the Apprenticeship Team to ensure that the Networks are engaged with the apprenticeship pathways and career events.

The Recruitment Navigators will provide support to the Recruitment Administers and Recruiting Managers, where required, in dealing with complex queries. They will ensure consistent provision ofa high quality recruitment service in line with agreed procedures, monitoring activity performance levels and providing routine information to the Recruitment Team Leader.

Provide a positive and professional example to other staff acting as an 'ambassador' for the Recruitment Service to engender a culture of 'continual improvement' ensuring that the service maintains its professional image at all times.
