Job summary

The Talking Therapies service have dedicated teams of therapists who offer a range of support to help people make positive changes to reduce stress and anxiety and improve their wellbeing, supported by our administration team.

We are now looking to recruit a Full Time Planning, Performance Quality Administrators who are passionate about having a key role in maintaining systems and databases to support service planning and the monitoring of performance and quality indicators for services. This post will involve data input, ensuring accuracy of data, the retrieval of data and information by running queries and producing reports as required.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will support the organisation of clinics, education and training programmes, promotional and marketing events as required.

The post holder will be aligned to a specific administration team and is required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the Network's administrative service providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by their administrative line manager to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.

The post holder will provide support to the Administration Team Leader as required and will be managed by the Business Administration Manager.
