Job summary
If you are looking for a new challenge, then an exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Rehabilitation Flow Team Secretary to join the Rehabilitation Service. We are looking for a highly organised secretary who will provide the professional administration to support the Rehabilitation Flow Team Leader and the rehabilitation review practitioners. The post holder will be a key role in to the rehabilitation bed management function. The flow team secretary will work closely with the rehab services medical secretary team and provide cover as required to support the medical and flow work.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to work with a degree of autonomy and co-ordinate his/her activities with the members of the team in order that an efficient service is provided.
The post holder will carry out the duties in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the organisation of the work and to assist the team to maximize the most effective bed management service. It is essential that the post holder exercises initiative commensurate with the role and it is vital that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
The post holder will demonstrate an attitude, which respects and values service users and their carers.
