Job summary
The post holder will provide a comprehensive business administration function across the Bed Management and Patient Flow.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly in response to the needs of bed management and patient flow service providing cover to the wider service as directed by operational need a to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
Main duties of the job
This post holder will have a range of duties that include;
- Establish, monitor and develop the required administrative procedures and systems required for the Bed Management and Patient Flow Service
- Line management responsibilities for flow administrators
- Processing and monitoring of invoices relating to bed management and patient flow

- NVQ 2 in Customer Services or equivalent.
