Psychological therapies and psychologically informed care is valued within the teams and network and the team have a belief that psychological care is everybody's business. The service is also developing a phased model of care, through which we are aiming to offer interventions attuned to service users' readiness to use psychological approaches. Changes to the nature of Adult Mental Health Services are being made in line with the NHS Long Term plan, resulting in more CMHT investment and opportunity.

It is expected that you can demonstrate the attributes in the Job Description and Person Specification as a minimum. If you would like to discuss this post, please do not hesitate to contact Dr Tessa Watson, Consultant Clinical Psychologist: Tessa.Watson@lscft.nhs.uk
