Job summary

Lancaster and Morecambe Mindsmatter (Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust) has 2 vacancies for full time Band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (permanent post).

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified PWP to join our Mindsmatter IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) service.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking and enthusiastic individual with the appropriate skills and experience, including experience of delivering guided self-help with an IAPT service. This service is provided across a number of primary care and other community venues in the locality.

Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.

The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
