Job summary

The Temporary Staffing Service is looking for an experienced, customer-focused administrator to take on responsibility for the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of new recruits to the Temporary Staffing Bank.

We operate a busy, high volume transaction department and are looking for someone who can make a real difference to the standards of operation within the team.

Main duties of the job

To assist the Temporary Workforce Service Manager in the provision of a highly efficient and cost effective Bank service to Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Trust and external NHS organisations.

Responsible for the engagement of Bank Workers advertising, shortlisting, interviews, pre-employment checks, ID Badges, smartcards, uniforms, mandatory training and induction.

If you are someone who can demonstrate the ability to lead others and who takes a flexible, proactive and enthusiastic approach we encourage you to apply. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, show that you can think creatively, as well as have previous experience of complex administration or temporary staffing systems.
