Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Facilities Department for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Hartley Hospital working within the acute mental health wards and environment as a Facilities Management Assistant (Domestic/cleaner).

Main duties of the job

The postholder will deliver a high-quality cleaning, portering, catering and housekeeping service based on acute mental health wards and departments, ensuring compliance with National Cleaning Standards, PLACE requirements, and CQC regulations.

Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Friday (8am - 4pm) 30 hours per week

Continuous Improvement Accountability Respectfulness Enthusiasm Responsive to service users Engaging leadership style Strong customer service belief Transparency and honesty & Discrete Able to function as a member of a team and support the management objectives of the department and Trust.
