Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Band 3 Community Support, Time and Recovery (STR) Worker to work within the Autism Spectrum Condition Service - Mersey Care Foundation Trust.
This post will be based at Rathbone Hospital.
The post advertised will provide access to health and social support opportunities for people who have a diagnosis or awaiting diagnosis for Autism Spectrum Disorder (non-LD).
The successful candidate will work within a MDT setting with support from qualified practitioners from the team and will be expected to work unsupervised at times with people in the community.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work to assist with the continuity of care for service users within the appropriate care setting. The post holder will work from the community environment.
The post holder will provide support, give time to an allocated group of service users and aim to promote recovery predominantly within the community environment.
