Job summary
Are you a Team Secretary working or would like to work in the field of parent infant mental health?
If so, we want to hear from you, as an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Mersey Care's Parent Infant Mental Health Service, BABS (Building and Attachment Service) in St Helens.
BABS supports vulnerable parents and infants to build secure attachments and loving bonds with their babies, whilst breaking negative life cycles. BABS will be hosted in the community by Sutton Family Hub.
It is a busy role and so the successful candidate will need to have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload on a daily basis due to competing deadlines.
You will be motivated, flexible and committed to being part of a team that is dedicated to providing the highest possible standards of care to our patients. The successful applicant will have the ability to work on their own, to prioritise their workload and work to tight deadlines.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will administratively support an extensive range of functions on behalf of BABS The successful applicant will be a strong team player with a high level of organisational and interpersonal skills. They will be well organised and have the ability to work to competing deadlines and priorities. The post holder will be required to work flexibly, have the ability to establish good working relationships and deal with a wide range of professionals via telephone, written and face to face contact.
The post holder will have demonstrable admin experience as a Team Secretary including experience of coordinating diaries, using IT systems and supporting a multi disciplinary team.
