This is an exciting opportunity to support the Community Care Sefton, Children, Young People and Families services as a part of multi- disciplinary leadership team.

The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and expertise to teams, supporting delivery of our clinical and operational excellence strategy.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work as a part of the senior leadership team to deliver continuous quality improvement and drive excellent care delivery for our patients, children, young people and families.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing, there will be a key focus on population health, clinical quality, effectiveness, patient safety, experience and developing a workforce for the future.

As an experienced senior nurse, the successful candidate will be a compassionate leader with strong influencing skills able to work across boundaries. Working as a part of a strong team, you will be provided support and guidance to develop and grow to meet future aspirations.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Masters level qualification or appropriate theoretical knowledge
