Job summary
Integrated Community Re-enablement and Assessment Service (ICRAS) is that a multidisciplinary team work together to manage the care of people both in the community, requiring support of an urgent nature and who are risk of imminent hospital admission as well as those transitioning from an acute environment who require additional support.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for additional Team Lead positions to join our existing workforce as we move forward implementing a new model.
We are looking for candidates with Nursing Background s to join our service.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will have responsibility for the delivery of the clinical service in the city wide area. The post holder will be required to provide team leadership and management to a team. The primary function of the role is to provide leadership, management, and communication to and for the team, ensuring the delivery of efficient, effective, co-ordinated and responsive high quality care to patients/clients.
Ensure the delivery of the quality strategy within the designated area incorporating establishment of systems and processes.
