Job summary
As a key member of the Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust Estates Team, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to provide excellence across our Estate, helping our patients to stay healthy when they need it most.
You will work under the leadership of the senior members of our operational estates team and work within a team of dedicated Estates Officers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to deliver planned, reactive and capital works and continually improve our infrastructure and engineering assets across a diverse estate.
Main duties of the job
To support in the operational development and delivery of all estates related matters within designated assignment areas
To support in the planning, management and execution of the Trust's backlog capital programme with particular responsibility for the management of backlog schemes.
To ensure that all works operate within the Trust's Corporate Governance and other relevant statutory/non-statutory frameworks.
