We are looking for a qualified nursing associates, who are motivated, enthusiastic, self-directed and keen to work alongside the MDT to improve the mental health and physical health of our service users. You will be involved in the patient journey from assessment through to offering interventions which support service users to recover from a range of mental illnesses inclusive of physical health assessments. The service delivers both managerial supervision and clinical supervision from specialist staff. There is in-house training on all aspects of the service . Preferably you will have experience of working in an inpatient setting with service users who have experienced mental health difficulties, but this is not essential.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience, a wide range of clinical skills and will be confident to work without direct supervision.
You will be an effective communicator and listener with a compassionate nature and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care, every time.
