Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate Neuromodulation Clinical Nurse within the Trust's Neuromodulation Service.
The service is currently undergoing considerable investment following a successful 2 year pilot of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, with the service expanding and being supported by the refurbishment of the Neuromodulation Suite at Knowsley Resource Centre.
The role provides an opportunity to join an established and progressive team in order to support the team leader to continue to shape and develop the Neuromodulation Service across the Trust.
You will need to have a keen interest in neuromodulation treatments including ECT and TMS to support the delivery of this specialist service.
Applicants should have good interpersonal skills, that will enable them to work collaboratively as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, patients and carers.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work within the Neuro Modulation Service (NMS). They will be a fundamental part of a multidisciplinary team to provide psychiatric physical therapies. The core activities of the NMS Service are to provide Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) service for the Trust.
The post holder will work in partnership with the Clinical Lead for NMS to acquire the knowledge and skills to deputise up in their absence.
As the post-holder, you will be responsible for the manualisation and operation of the appropriate medical equipment in providing the service
