Job summary
To ensure the safe and effective delivery of The Community Mental Health Transformation programme, acting as a point of contact internally and externally for project communication.
Main duties of the job
- Report progress to the Deputy Divisional director and Head of Operations throughout the project.
- Work closely with the above and budget co-ordinator ensuring all budget items are tracked and reported on.
- Work closely with partners, departmental directors and leads to deliver project plans.
- Lead project management support to a controlled delivery programme of activities.
- Plan all aspects of project management with relevant stakeholders, documenting, monitoring and evaluating project plans.
- Ensure project management methodology deliverables are completed in accordance with project direction.
- Manage and track project delivery processes and timeline.
- Monitor the critical path, contingencies and scope changes.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implements process improvement.
- Attend all relevant project related meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager from time to time.
