Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Local Division Admin and Clerical team as a Band 3 Team Secretary with the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team.

This role will provide admin support to our clinical teams based within the Crisis and Resolution Home Treatment Team. The team provides a service to adults with severe and enduring mental health issues. They offer flexible, responsive and proactive integrated services to individuals with severe and complex mental and behavioural disorders. The service offered to individuals will be provided in the most appropriate setting primarily within the individuals own home and enable individuals in crisis to achieve the highest level of functioning possible in the least restrictive setting; preventing unnecessary hospitalisation and facilitate more rapid discharge from an acute care setting.

The hours are full time 37.5 hours per week, working on a 7 day rota.

Shortlisting is planned for 18th March 2022.

Interviews are planned for 29th March 2022.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will have excellent communication and organisational skills.

An RSA II or equivalent is essential as is experience of working with Information systems.

Successful applicants will be able to organise their own workload and co-ordinate workload activities with other administration staff in the team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly telephone manner. There is a need to be able to work to tight deadlines and withstand the pressure of a busy department and it is essential that you are able to work on your own initiative.
