Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Knowsley Psychology Team as our Personality Disorder Link Worker. This is a full time, permanent position at Band 7; dependent on relevant training and qualifications (successful applicant will have relevant Dialectical Behavioural Therapy / Mentalisation Based Therapy qualification) Otherwise, applicants will be required to undertake suitable training, whilst at Band 6 level, before progression to Band 7 upon completion of this course.
You will work as part of an Multi Disciplinary Team approach, providing link worker role and input, for the Personality Disorder Pathway clinical offer as per NICE guidance.
The service provides care, treatment and support to service users (adults) with significant mental health needs, within the Knowsley Borough.

Main duties of the job
To provide a specialist assessment, case management to clients who are high risk to themselves and others and who are currently not able to participate in treatment pathway for personality disorder within the personality disorder stream.
