This Band 4 role offers an exciting opportunity to join our forward-thinking Community Children's Physiotherapy Team, delivering specialist physiotherapy across Manchester for ages 0-18.
In this role, you will become a valued part of a large, experienced, and supportive team, helping children reach their fullest potential at home, school, and within their community. You'll work closely with physiotherapists, families, and carers--empowering young people to participate in the everyday activities that mean the most to them.

- Children's clinics
- Family homes

Main duties of the job
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
? Clinical Support
- Deliver delegated physiotherapy interventions in community settings
- Support children with a wide range of physical needs
- Implement treatment programmes with and without direct supervision
- Assess and monitor patient progress, feeding back to the physiotherapist
? Service Support
- Contribute to data collection, admin tasks, and accurate electronic record keeping
- Manage physiotherapy equipment including cleaning, across community sites
- Support the organisation of clinics and caseload priorities
? Training and Leadership
- Teach and assess competencies for support staff working in schools and other settings
- Delegate physiotherapy programmes confidently and safely
- Be a role model for high-quality, child-centred practice
