Job summary

We are looking to recruit, full time skilled Theatre Practitioner for the Treatment Centre at Withington Community Hospital

Main duties of the job

We are a small friendly team who work well together to deliver excellent patient care. We undertake plastics trauma & skin surgery and day case urology procedures under local anaesthetic. All staff rotate within the unit and work in all areas - admission and discharge lounges, theatre and recovery.

The Treatment Centre is a clinical placement area for student nurses so we are keen to recruit staff with a teaching and assessing qualification who will undertake the role of practice assessor/supervisor.

You must be flexible to and able to work between the hours 07.30-19.00. The unit is currently open Monday - Friday and we open adhoc when required on a Saturday and Sunday.
