Job summary

Routine processing of HIVE reports on system

Responsible for timely processing of patient pathways ensuring 2/52 pathway is met where appropriate.

Arranging urgent /admission/outcome appointments

Dealing with patients over the telephone and escalate clinical issues.

Essential

  • General education to GCSE standard
  • RSA/NVQ Level III or equivalent
  • Evidence of further development

Experience

  • Medical secretarial experience in a healthcare setting
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines
