Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the management team in Maternity Services at Saint Mary's Managed Clinical Service, part of the Specialist Hospitals Clinical Group at MFT. Saint Mary's provide maternity care as a managed clinical service (MCS) across three maternity units in Greater Manchester that work in harmony with each other; these are located at the Oxford Road Campus, Wythenshawe Hospital and North Manchester General Hospital.
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual who is as passionate about women's services as we are, to join our senior management team.
You should have experience at a senior level, of managing and leading clinical and operational teams. You will be visible and accessible, act as a role model and provide insightful, inspirational and compassionate leadership in the Division. You will be responsible for supporting the Deputy Divisional Director And Deputy Directorate Manager in delivering the day to day operational work of the Division.
The successful applicant will have experience of managing multi-disciplinary healthcare teams; excellent communication skills, ability to meet targets and deadlines, and a strong aptitude for change. You will need excellent organisational skills to co-ordinate the delivery of a comprehensive, high quality service for our patients. You will manage information in relation to patient pathways, and support service development projects within the team.
