Are you experienced in research set-up and delivery with a passion for education and development? Look no further as this is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team in Research and Innovation across Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. You will work closely with the Education and Training Team to support the education and development needs of the non-clinical research delivery staff. Working closely with senior staff and colleagues within R&I you will contribute and lead on the development of education packages for staff internally and externally to support their development. You will ensure the working instructions are in place for best practice across the non-clinical research delivery workforce. We look forward to receiving your application!
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work in partnership with the R&I senior management team and will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality practice education support and delivery across R&I to ensure that the professional development needs of non-clinical research delivery staff across R&I are met.
The post holder will support and take responsibility for aspects of R&I education strategies through the delivery of education and training programmes and will act as an exemplary role model for learners exhibiting the Trust values and behaviours.

- Graduate - health related studies
- Appropriate teaching and education qualification or experience
- Good clinical practice certificate
