Job summary
The Salaried General Practitioner will be a key member of the Emergency Assessment and Access services in the Urgent Treatment Centre providing primary medical services to patients who either self-refer or are referred to the service from ED or 111.Each practitioner will be required to provide primary medical services to the patients within the unit.The role will be supported by the multidisciplinary team (MDT). The post holder will work closely with the MDT to proactively manage and anticipate future health needs for patients, developing appropriate care plans with a major focus on delivering high quality patient focused car

- Fully quality Doctor
- General Practice (Vocational Training Scheme) trained (or equivalent either by EU acquired rights or ratified by PMETB).
- Evidence of continued professional development
- English language proficiency equivalent to the standard required by the GMC (IELTS)
Desirable
- Membership of Royal College of General Practitioners or working towards MRCGP
- Other higher specialist qualifications
