An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the CT Department at the Manchester Royal Infirmary.

Main duties of the job

The Radiology Department Assistant role ia an integral part of the Radiology team, helping to provide an efficient, high quality and patient focused imaging service.

You will be expected to liaise and care for patients in a professional manner and will be expected, over time, to develop skills and experience across the breadth of CT work.

You will provide assistance to qualified Radiographic staff before, during and after imaging examinations undertaken in the department or other hospital locations and give the necessary direct care as required to the patient throughout their imaging care pathway.
