MFT is one of the largest NHS Trusts in the country and one of the largest providers of Cancer Care in GM .
These posts will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the cancer improvement collaborative, developing significant improvement projects to support our continued improvement trajectory and ensure that current ways of working begin the journey towards a new and modern healthcare setting. As a Transformation Delivery Manager, you will be a key part of helping realise those improvements, through leading your own portfolio of change projects and supporting the delivery of others. The posts will work across MFT across various tumour groups. The posts are fixed term or secondment basis until March 26
Main duties of the job
As a Transformation Delivery Manager, you will work alongside the clinical and operational teams to deliver change to integrate clinical services, coordinating change projects both within and across hospitals and partners. Degree educated or equivalent and with excellent project management and organisational skills, you will have a proven track record of delivering practical change and/or quality improvement projects within acute settings. Proactive and motivated, you will have high level interpersonal skills and be able to bring people with you, overcome resistance and operate comfortably at all levels. The successful post holder will have a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and be able to interpret and analyse complex information in service of evidence-based improvement. Successful candidates will thrive in a team-oriented environment but should also be capable of working independently, leading every aspect of a transformation project or programme.
