Job summary

MFT Employee Health and Wellbeing (EHW) Service provides specialist advice and support regarding employee health issues to MFT employees and managers as well as to a variety of external clients.

The EHW Service is a multidisciplinary team who are based across various locations comprising of OH Advisers, Clinic Nurses, Psychological Support Therapists and OH Physiotherapists. Working with the Service Support team our main priority is to create a dynamic approach to maximise employee health, wellbeing and productivity

To support the EHW Service we are currently looking to recruit 2 Admin support members to join our team on a 12 month contract , you will be fully integrated within the service, working with EHW colleagues at a variety of locations across the MFT sites including, Wythenshawe, Oxford Road, North Manchester, Withington and Trafford.

Main duties of the job

ReceptionAnswering incoming calls to the department, responding to general enquires relaying messages to appropriate team members.Providing an appropriate reception service; greeting clients attending the department and ensuring their customer service needs are always met.Booking the arrival of clients into the EHW System along with scheduling follow up appointment.

General AdministrationAssisting with the management of the EHW generic email inbox in a timely manner and within agreed service level agreement categorising to the appropriate team.Dealing promptly with a wide range of enquiries from internal and external customers both orally, in writing and communicating appropriately and flagging up to the line manager unresolved issues/problems as they arise.
