Job summary

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and adaptable qualified Occupational Therapist to join our varied community based rotation that covers the following settings:

Discharge to Assess

Intermediate Care in- patient beds - Ascot House

Equipment and Adaptations - One Stop Resource Centre

Outpatient Rehabilitation

Community Rehabilitation

Community based Neuro /Stroke rehabilitation

In patient setting - Trafford General Hospital

Pathway one assessment team

Main duties of the job

Rotations are for six months.

Support and encouragement to develop is provided via a band 5 support group, regular supervision, in service training and monthly Occupational Therapy meetings.

The post holder will provide occupational therapy to a community caseload of patients, in a variety of settings within the trafford footprint.

  • HCPC registration

Experience
