The Clinical Group Chief Executives are pivotal roles to our future success as we push to improve the care and services for the people of Manchester, Trafford, and beyond. Each role will provide highly credible and visible operational and strategic leadership and will have full responsibility for the effective delivery of services within the Clinical Group. There are six clinical groupings in total, four of which are open for you to consider - Manchester Royal Infirmary, North Manchester General Hospital, Specialist Hospitals (St Mary's, Royal Manchester Children's Hospital and Manchester Royal Eye Hospital), and Clinical & Scientific Services. Each of these clinical groups are significant operating units of the Trust.

Drawing on Chief Executive or Executive Director experience in an NHS Trust within a comparative large and complex healthcare organisation, you will lead the Clinical Group Senior Leadership Team to ensure a relentless focus on operational delivery and provision of safe, high quality and efficient patient services across the Clinical Group, together with providing the very best experience and working environment for our people.
