The post holder will require initiative and effective communication skills when working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of excellent patient care and delivery of the ODN's objectives including Drug and Alcohol services, Health and Justice settings and organisations such as NHS England. The successful applicant will be an organised and motivated self-starter with experience of supporting and delivering NHS services, and an awareness of NHS transformation and improvement activities.
