Job summary

Ensuring urgent matters are brought to the attention of appropriate of clinical teams.

Routine processing of reports on HIVE PAS system.

Responsible for the timely processing of patient pathways ensuring 2/52 pathway target is met where appropriate.

Arranging urgent admission/outpatient appointments.

Dealing with patient over the telephone.

  • RSA/NVQ Level 111 or equivalent

  • AMSPAR Diploma
