Job summary

To provide a clinical service in Colorectal Surgery at senior level, working independently and with the Senior Clinical Fellows/ST3+, Clinical Fellows/CT's and Foundation doctors under the supervision of the consultants. The post holder will be accountable to the General Surgery Clinical Lead and Supervising Consultant

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will be expected to be part of the daily ward round, and consultant led ward rounds as required. He/she will also participate in outpatient clinic sessions, theatre sessions, and teach foundation doctors/medical students as directed.
