Job summary

Ward 46 is a 28 bedded Gastro ward. We are seeking a suitably experienced nurse with 2 years minimum experience for a 12 month secondment. The successful candidate will have a passion about patient safety and to delivery of exceptional quality care to our patients with mixed Gastro/ Medical conditions.

This is an exciting time to be joining our fantastic Gastro team!

Main duties of the job

You will be an inspiring leader with the ability to be accessible and visible approach for patients, relatives and colleagues. You will assist the ward Manager with the clinical, managerial work for the team. You will have the ability to develop a culture of continuous improvement with an emphasis on patient experience and clinical outcomes.
