PERSONAL ASSISTANT

BAND 4

Permanent

Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

5 DAYS PER WEEK

position at NMGH

We are looking for a self-motivated highly organised individual to join the surgical division supporting the senior team in the day to day office functions, diary management, telephone handling, minute taking and typing correspondence.

Candidates with previous secretarial/admin experience is desired. A thorough knowledge of Microsoft office applications is a key requisite along with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Main duties of the job

Comprehensive secretarial support to the Surgical division.

  • Preparing Agendas and papers for meetings
  • Minute Taking
  • Ordering supplies
