Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for practice education and development for Nursing, Midwifery AHPs, nursing associates across the Group. The post holder will work closely with the Lead Nurse for Professional Education and the wider education team on the professional education and transition to preceptorship agenda for MFT, to ensure the provision of high quality education and development, collaborating with higher education (HEI) partners to ensure MFT's professional requirements are reflected in their programmes for the registered and unregistered workforce.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide leadership and operational management to several practice education work streams and projects, with line management responsibility for members of the post-registration education team across identified hospital, manages clinical service (MCS) or local care organisations (LCO).
