Job summary
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Integrated Community Rehabilitation administration team, based at Wythenshawe Offices. The role will support the ICRS clinical team which operates Monday - Friday. To offer administrative support to the six services within ICRS and the wider community services teams. This may include the need to travel to alternative bases across South Manchester, as required.
You will be responsible for providing clerical support to ICRS which is part of South Manchester Community Services; including working on NHS and external systems, dealing with referrals, discharges, inputting and producing data for KPI reports. Producing reports and taking minutes, booking meeting rooms via internally and external venues. The job role also includes general administration duties.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the referral process, they will process referrals and communicate with patients from a range of sources. input and provide accurate data for monthly and quarterly KPI's and booking meeting rooms, Dealing with staff queries, producing reports and taking minutes for Staff meetings and when required.
The post-holder will be dealing with all general admin duties, and supporting Clinical leads, admin leads and ICRS staff.
To undertake any other duties which is deemed appropriate to the band when requested by Senior Staff. Any review will be undertaken in conjunction with the post-holder.
