This role offers you an unrivalled opportunity to apply your seasoned transactional HR or recruitment administration experience whilst supporting transformational aspects of resourcing such as candidate attraction, social media development & scheduling, preparing for Assessment and Selection Centres, delivering high quality recruitment administration processes, and progressing very senior and Executive recruitment assignments. You'll also play an active role in supporting the co-ordination of the development of recruitment campaigns and posting careers content across our MFT social media platforms, showcasing our employer brand ALL HERE FOR YOU.
The size, scale and complexity of our Trust means our team works at a fast pace where volume activity, high accuracy and juggling priorities is part of our daily routine. At the same time, the role will enable you to learn quickly and work with some highly skilled and respected NHS leaders across our Trust; instantly enhancing the breadth and depth of your resourcing skillset.
Main duties of the job
- As the role is heavily administration focused, you'll be very organised with strong attention to detail and a drive for high quality output
- You'll spend a good percentage of time developing candidate communication literature & scheduling attraction social media activity which means you'll need strong IT skills in all things Microsoft, with a meticulous, patient approach to checking your work for accuracy each time, every time
- You'll liaise with a wide range of stakeholders & candidates at all levels both face to face, over the telephone and in email so the confidence, professionalism and personality to network and communicate at ease is paramount
- You'll work at pace with many varying priorities and the ability to switch focus and manage curve balls can be a daily occurrence so a calm, considered and flexible style is key
- You'll be responsible for uploading vacancies on to our Candidate Management System, so you'll need to be proactive and effective in managing transactional processes
- Working up complex assessment timetables will form a staple task for you so a logical, problem-solving skill set will be critical
- You'll deliver a friendly, efficient and customer focussed service so, treating our candidates and stakeholders respectfully and politely with the motivation to deliver an outstanding job is crucial
- You'll be the go-to person for ensuring all our digital documentation is stored in a secure and efficient way, so you'll be systematic and methodical
