Main duties of the job
- Bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge in public policy, you'll develop effective programmes which drive change across MFT. Working with everyone from our nursing teams to informatics and our hospital leadership, you'll help us foster a truly inclusive culture.
- With excellent communication skills, you'll find creative ways to engage our staff with our equality message, in turn improving staff satisfaction and patient care.
- Using highly effective influencing skills, you'll challenge leaders and staff across the Trust where opinions may differ.
- You'll also develop innovative solutions to remove barriers to inclusion and improve our service accessibility.
- You'll ensure that we have the performance tracking systems in place (for example our quality and performance report) to deliver on our goals is essential.
- Responsible for coordinating the collection and use of patient and staff data, you'll hold teams to account for delivering high-quality data in the process.
- You'll provide effective leadership for our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Team. This includes overseeing recruitment, workflows, discipline and grievance handling, attendance management and performance management.
- Working with our Director of Strategy and Partnerships, you'll make sure we develop and deliver our community engagement strategy.
